Polityka prywatności gry Sumo Tower

Obowiązuje od: 20 października 2026

Ta polityka opisuje, jakie dane zbiera gra mobilna Sumo Tower (dalej „gra”), po co, komu je powierza i jakie masz prawa. Piszemy ją prostym językiem; jeśli coś jest niejasne, napisz do nas.

1. Kto odpowiada za Twoje dane

Administratorem danych jest Bullseye Studio, ul. Jana Kazimierza 48/248, 01-248 Warszawa. Kontakt w sprawach prywatności: office@bullseyestudiogames.com.

2. Jakie dane zbieramy i po co

2.1. Postęp gry na telefonie

Gra zapisuje na Twoim telefonie postęp: monety (jako historię zarobków i wydatków), kupione postacie i skarby, rekordy i gwiazdki, wybraną postać, stan bonusu dziennego, liczbę obejrzanych reklam w danym dniu oraz kod kraju ustawionego w telefonie (np. „PL”). Zapisuje też losowy identyfikator instalacji, który pozwala bezpiecznie połączyć postęp z dwóch telefonów, i ustawienia (język, głośność, efekty pogodowe).

2.2. Konto gracza i zapis w chmurze

Gra może zalogować Cię przez Google Play Games. Otrzymujemy wtedy identyfikator gracza Play Games i Twój nick z profilu Google Play Games.

2.3. Ranking

Najlepsze wyniki z poziomów i trybu Endless trafiają do rankingu prowadzonego w Unity Gaming Services razem z Twoim nickiem z Google Play Games i kodem kraju (pokazywanym jako flaga).

2.6. Statystyki i raporty awarii

3. Podstawy prawne

4. Komu powierzamy dane

7. Usunięcie konta i danych

Konto i wszystkie powiązane dane usuniesz w grze: Opcje → „Usuń konto i dane”. Możesz też poprosić o usunięcie bez dostępu do gry. Instrukcja: usuwanie konta i danych.

8. Dzieci

9. Zmiany polityki

Gdy zmienimy sposób przetwarzania danych, zaktualizujemy tę stronę i datę na górze. O istotnych zmianach poinformujemy w grze.

Sumo Tower Privacy Policy

Effective: 20 October 2026

This policy explains what data the mobile game Sumo Tower (the “game”) collects, why, who processes it for us, and what your rights are. If anything is unclear, write to us.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Bullseye Studio, ul. Jana Kazimierza 48/248, 01-248 Warsaw, Poland. Privacy contact: office@bullseyestudiogames.com.

2. What we collect and why

2.1. Game progress on your phone

The game saves your progress on your phone: coins (as a history of what was earned and spent), characters and treasures you bought, records and stars, your chosen character, the daily bonus state, how many rewarded ads you watched that day, and the country code your phone is set to (for example “PL”). It also keeps a random install identifier, used to merge progress from two phones safely, and your settings (language, volume, weather effects). This data stays on your phone until you use the online account.

2.2. Player account and cloud save

The game can sign you in with Google Play Games. We then receive your Play Games player identifier and the nickname from your Google Play Games profile. With them the game creates an account in Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies), which keeps a copy of the progress described in 2.1 in the cloud, so it moves to a new phone and survives a reinstall.

2.3. Leaderboards

Your best scores in the levels and in Endless mode are added to leaderboards run on Unity Gaming Services, together with your Google Play Games nickname and country code (shown as a flag). Other players can see this information. Scores are sent automatically when your progress syncs, while you are signed in and online.

2.4. In-app purchases

Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your card or payment account details. We receive a transaction identifier and a purchase confirmation, which we verify on our server (Unity Cloud Code) to grant the coins or packs you bought and to prevent fraud.

2.5. Ads

The game shows Google AdMob ads: rewarded ads you choose to watch and, where enabled, full-screen ads. Google may process your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interactions. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent through Google’s consent form (UMP) before the first ad. You can change your choice at any time in the game: Options → “Ad consent”. Without consent, Google shows non-personalised ads. More: how Google uses information from partner apps.

2.6. Usage statistics and crash reports

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to understand how the game is played and what needs fixing. We collect in-game events (such as a level started or finished with its score, the shop opened, a purchase outcome, a rewarded ad watched, the daily bonus claimed, the leaderboard opened), an app instance identifier, basic device and system information and, if the game crashes, a technical report. We do not link this data to your name or email address.

3. Legal bases

PurposeLegal basis (GDPR)
The game itself, saving progress, the account, cloud save, leaderboards, purchasesperformance of a contract, that is providing the game and its features (Art. 6(1)(b))
Verifying purchases and scores, fraud prevention, crash reportslegitimate interests: keeping the game secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f))
Personalised ads and statistics where consent is requiredconsent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time

4. Who processes data for us

Data is processed on our behalf by Google (Google Play, Google Play Games, AdMob, Firebase) and Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services). Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms provided by the GDPR. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep data

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl). To exercise your rights, write to office@bullseyestudiogames.com.

7. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and all related data in the game: Options → “Delete account and data”. You can also ask for deletion without access to the game. See: deleting your account and data.

8. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

When we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you about significant changes in the game.
