Deleting your Sumo Tower account and data

In the game (fastest)

Open Sumo Tower and go to Options.
Tap “Delete account and data”. The button appears while you are signed in with Google Play Games.
Read what will be deleted and confirm with “Delete”.

Without access to the game

Write to office@bullseyestudiogames.com with the subject “Delete my Sumo Tower account” and include your Google Play Games nickname. We delete the account and data within 30 days and confirm it in our reply.

What we delete

Your player account in Unity Gaming Services.
Your cloud save: coins, characters and treasures you bought, records, stars, the daily bonus.
Your leaderboard scores, with your nickname and country.
The progress on your phone, when you delete the account in the game. The game then starts over.

What is kept, and for how long

Service backups: up to 30 days after deletion.
Purchase records: Google Play keeps them under its own policies, and we keep them as long as tax and accounting law requires. Packs you bought can be restored from the same Google account.
Advertising and statistics data in Google’s systems: according to Google’s retention policies.
